How It's Done

We mechanically diamond-grind every floor to ensure maximum coating adhesion and long-term durability. This strips old coatings, contaminants, and laitance, opening the concrete's pores for a true mechanical bond.
Using a calibrated moisture meter, we measure vapor emissions from the slab before any coating is applied — trapped moisture is the leading cause of bubbling, delamination, and premature coating failure.
Cracks, pits, and spalled areas are routed out and filled with a flexible polyurea or epoxy filler, then ground flush so the final surface is smooth, level, and seamless.
A 100% solids, high-build epoxy base coat is rolled on to create a strong, uniform foundation with excellent bond strength for every layer applied above it.
While the base coat is still wet, we broadcast your chosen color flake blend to full saturation — or hand-apply metallic pigments in sweeping patterns for a one-of-a-kind, 3D marbled look.
A UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat seals the floor, adding high-gloss shine, abrasion resistance, and protection against hot tires, chemicals, and fading.
